ABOUT US
On the south-eastern side of Lake Garda, where the Bornico stream separates the municipalities of Toscolano Maderno and Gardone Riviera, the Frantoio del Bornico olive oil production mill has been in operation since 1800.
The olive presses and the water-powered mill stones have now been replaced with state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring a consistently high-quality product year after year.
The Polini family took over in 1979, and are justly proud of the company′s production.
The Frantoio del Bornico processing mill is the last of the six presses that operated at Fasano, some of which were also powered by the Bornico stream.
